INVESTMENT PLAN & MUTUAL COMMITMENT MEETING

During the Investment Plan Meeting, we use what we learned during the Discovery to provide you with a financial roadmap. At this meeting, we will tell you one of three things:

  • We have uncovered gaps in your plan where we can make a significant impact. Here is how we can help you.
  • You need assistance to address key issues, but you will be better suited by working with another professional. Here are people who may be able to help you.
  • You currently don’t need a thing! Stay the course – you are fine exactly where you are.

If we decide to work together, we will commit to helping you achieve those goals that are most important to you, your family or your organization. We will also execute the documents necessary to begin our relationship.

The purpose of our 45-Day Follow up meeting is to organize the paperwork you have received and to discuss any questions you have for us. We can set you up for electronic delivery of most key information, if you prefer that format. Also, during this meeting we will provide access to our Wealth Management Software, so you can see all your accounts in aggregate. If you choose, we can also store your key documents online in our digital vault, which makes them available to you, anywhere, anytime.

REGULAR PROGRESS MEETING

Your life, your company or your organization is not static, and neither is your financial plan. We will review the progress of your plan relative to your defined objectives and suggest any changes where needed. At intervals that are convenient to you, we will meet to discuss personal, professional, and financial changes that may have occurred and adapt your financial plan to reflect these circumstances.

During these sessions, we also review your overall progress toward your long-term financial goals. If you need advanced planning with regard to wealth enhancement, wealth transfer, wealth preservation, fiduciary obligations or charitable giving, we will discuss recommendations which may be appropriate for your situation.
